Dear Jonathan,
I was in the audience at one of your ‘Lighting on the Run’ lectures as the Earls Court exhibition last week. I did come up and talk with you briefly afterwards just to check if it was OK for people to e-mail you.

It was a very good talk you gave and I learnt more in 30′ about lighting than I ever did at film school. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Sasha.

Thanks for the conference. It was a joy to see what is coming out these days in our film industry. The lighting guy was great. Get him back any time… you could learn something from him every minute.
Cheers

Subject: Thankyou
Dear Jonathan
I just wanted to convey my thanks for an excellent presentation yesterday , I’m sure we all got a great deal out of the day .
I think the most important element was a “reality check” on the pitfalls of shooting moving imagery in comparison with stills work.

As you said there’s no way of packing 20 yrs of experience into 6 hrs but hopefully those of us who value our professional reputations will tread with care .
I also think the thorough presentation of continous lighting source options – even for those of us who already use tungsten was invaluable.
Thanks again.
Kindest regards

It would have been great if Jonathan Harrison had more time and maybe he could come back and maybe do a couple of workshops, that I would sign up for. He was brilliant and even though I light for a lot of my jobs I still picked up a few things that I will be using on my next jobs.
